SOYSA’S Annual Scholarship 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION RULES & REGULATIONS

The South Okanagan Youth Soccer Association (SOYSA) will offer an annual scholarship of $500 to one male and one female if suitable candidates are found. 

Eligibility: 

1)      Must be a member in good standing with SOYSA

2)      Must be in your final eligible season as a youth soccer player

 

Rules:

 1)      Application must be received no later than May 14th of the current year

 2)      Winners will be notified after May 19th of current year

 3)      Awarded scholarship monies will be paid upon receipt by SOYSA of proof of registration at any post secondary institution and must be claimed within 30 months from August 1st of awarded year.

Judging:

Judging will be conducted by at least three members of the SOYSA Executive or their appointees who are collectively knowledgeable with athletics, character and education.
